What are your prices?
Some properties vary on price and without seeing it first can be difficult to quote. Drop me a message, Email or a call and i will do my best do give you a close estimate. If for any reason this should change when we get to the property we will inform the customer prior to clean.
How often will you clean our windows?
We provide regular 6 weekly or one off cleans only. When your windows are due we will turn up and clean them WITHOUT any pre notice. unless stated that you need a txt to leave a gate unlocked etc. Please note if a regular clean is arranged with the customer and we turn up to clean the windows and you do not wish to "HAVE THEM DONE THIS TIME" we will remove you from our regular list.
Will you clean windows in the rain?
Even tho some people would prefer not to have there windows cleaned in the rain as they think rain water makes them dirty, This is not the case. Dirt makes the windows dirty so we are happy to clean windows in light rain.
How will you clean our windows?
We aim to provide a high standard of window cleaning to all our customers. We use the latest in technology in pure water fed pole cleaning that archives great results every time leaving your windows sparkly clean without any smearing or white spotting.
How do i pay?
Our ease of payments options are simple. We accept cash, cheque or bank transfer. Either that or we can collect next time round.
And now with our new chip 'n' pin and contactless system we can now accept card payments.
Do i need to be in for you to clean our windows?
Nobody has to be in as long as we can get to the rear of the property. Once the job is done i will leave a slip to say we have called and with the agreed price on. All my details are on this slip.
Whats included in a window clean?
Where as some window cleaners only clean the glass we wipe down all the outer frame and sills FREE of charge to make it look that extra clean.
What if I'm unhappy with the window clean?
If for any reason you are unhappy with the final result please contact us within 24 hours so we can rectify the problem.
